Note this is an external resource and is not our own data.
Each quarter we update our rental guides of Australia’s capital cities to assist individuals & organisations ascertain current rental levels. For each area, we include a description, its amenities and housing styles.
A couple of points to note:
The areas selected for the survey are those most commonly chosen by people relocating interstate or internationally. We don’t cover every single neighbourhood in the city.
The prices reflect mid-level properties suitable for corporate assignees. The properties tend to be well-presented & maintained homes with modern kitchens and bathrooms, in quieter locations, with close proximity to schools and/or beaches and convenient for commuting to work. Executive-level homes can be significantly more expensive.
For each city, we provide rents as both weekly and monthly amounts.
We also include a guide to utility and rental furniture costs so you can budget accordingly.
